(This item invites Members to approve the creation of two new commitments for the Food and Health Bureau (Health Branch) –

(a)a non-recurrent commitment of $80.445 million under Head 140 Government Secretariat: Food and Health Bureau (Health Branch) Subhead 700 General
non-recurrent for engaging experts and hiring services in preparation for the service commencement of the Chinese Medicine Hospital; and

(b)a commitment of $383.9 million under Capital Works Reserve Fund Head 710 Computerisation for developing and implementing information technology systems for the Chinese Medicine Hospital.)
