RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT SUBCOMMITTEE

At the Enclosure is a summary of the recommendations of the Establishment Subcommittee (ESC).

2. Agenda items EC(96-97)26 to 31, 33, 35 and 36 were recommended by ESC at its meetings on 1 July 1996 and 9 July 1996 respectively. The relevant papers have previously been forwarded to all Members for consideration and are therefore not enclosed.

3. Members are invited to approve the ESC recommendations.
