Hon LEE Wing-tat was elected Chairman of the Bills Committee.

II. Invitation for representation

2. Members agreed that advertisements be placed to invite submissions on the Bill from interested parties. 3. Hon Bruce LIU Sing-lee suggested and the Bills Committee agreed that if members had any questions relating to the Bills and which might require clarification by the Administration, they should provide the LegCo Secretariat with a list of such concerns. 4. There being no other business, the meeting closed at 2:30 pm.
