Address by the Governor

The Governor delivered the 1996 Policy Address.

The President suspended the sitting at 4:06 pm.

The Council resumed at 2:30 pm on 3 October 1996.

Governor's Question Time

The Governor attended the Council and received questions on matters arising from his policy address.

Twelve Members asked questions and the Governor replied.

Next sitting
