1996/97 Session

The Terms of Reference are :-

  1. To monitor and examine, consistently with maintaining the independence of the Judiciary and the rule of law, policy matters relating to the administration of justice and legal services, including the effectiveness of the implementation of the same by relevant officials departments.
  2. To consider such matters as may be referred to the Panel by the House Committee.
  3. To report and to make recommendations to the House Committee as appropriate.
