1996/97 Session

The Terms of Reference are :-

  1. To monitor and examine Government policies and issues of public concern relating to air and port services, postal services, telecommunications, energy, food supply, public utilities and other economic matters.
  2. To provide a forum for the exchange and dissemination of views on related policy matters.
  3. To consider such matters as may be referred to the Panel by the House Committee.
