Schedule of meetings

1. Time slots : 8:30 am, 10:45 am, 2:30 pm, 4:30 pm

2. Please draw members' attention to avoid scheduling meetings on the following sessions :

*2:30 pm on Tuesdays as the Administration may conduct urgent briefings for members following ExCo's decisions

*10:45 am on Wednesdays when meetings of Establishment Subcommittee and Public Works Subcommittee are held once every two weeks

*8:30 am on Thursdays in anticipation of busy PLC meetings on Wednesday evenings

*10:45 am on Thursdays when meetings with District Board members are held about once every three weeks
