11.2 Attainment of Milestones by Domestic Pay TV Licensees

Within the year, Galaxy achieved six milestones stipulated in its domestic pay television programme service licence and performance bond by providing not fewer than 40 television programme service channels in its service, passing its service to not fewer than 1,200,000 premises and incurring not less than $180 million as cumulative capital expenditure for the provision of its service by the specified deadlines.

PCCW Media also met the last milestone within the year by incurring a cumulative capital expenditure of not less than $42 million for providing its television programme service.
