7.2 Domestic Pay Television Programme Services
Of the 239 channels offered at the end of August 2006, 29.7%
(71 channels) were locally produced and 70.3% (168 channels)
were sourced from outside Hong Kong, mainly from the USA (29.3%
or 70 channels), Mainland China (8.4% or 20 channels), Taiwan
(5.4% or 13 channels), Japan (5.4% or 13 channels) and European
countries (4.6% or 11 channels).
