At its meeting on 20 December 2006, the Legislative Council passed the following three resolutions: (1) Resolution moved by the Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food relating to the Pharmacy and Poisons (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulation 2006 and the Poisons List (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulation 2006. (2) Resolution moved by Hon James TO Kun-sun relating to the extension of the period for amending the Fugitive Offenders (Germany) Order and the Fugitive Offenders (Republic of Korea) Order. (3) Resolution moved by Hon Audrey EU Yuet-mee relating to the extension of the period for amending the Air Pollution Control (Volatile Organic Compounds) Regulation. At the same meeting, the Council passed the following motion with no legislative effect: Motion on "Increasing the Government's share in the investment income of the Exchange Fund", moved by Hon Howard YOUNG as amended by Hon CHAN Kam-lam.
