At its meeting on 30 June 2010, the Legislative Council passed the following bill:

Deposit Protection Scheme (Amendment) Bill 2010, with amendments moved by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury at Committee stage.

At the same meeting, the Council passed the following three resolutions:

The following motion not intended to have legislative effect was also passed by the Council:

Motion on "Policy on elderly housing", moved by Hon LAU Kong-wah as amended by Hon WONG Sing-chi and Dr Hon PAN Pey-chyou.

(1)	Resolution moved by the Secretary for Labour and Welfare under the Employees' Compensation Ordinance.
(2)	Resolution moved by Hon Tanya CHAN relating to the extension of the period for amending the Country Parks (Designation) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2010.
(3)	Resolution moved by Hon TAM Yiu-chung relating to the Rules of Procedure of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
