EC(2014-15)11 Proposed creation of seven permanent judicial posts of three Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of the High Court (JSPS 17), one Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court (JSPS 16), one Judge of the District Court (JSPS 13) and two Magistrate (JSPS 7-10); one non-civil service position of Executive Director; and two permanent civil service posts of one Chief Systems Manager (D1) and one Chief Treasury Accountant (D1) to be offset by the deletion of a Senior Treasury Accountant to strengthen the directorate structure of the Judiciary Administration in the Judiciary with immediate effect

EC(2014-15)12 & 12A Proposed retention of two supernumerary posts of one Administrative Officer Staff Grade B (D3) and one Administrative Officer Staff Grade C (D2) for three years to provide continued directorate support to the Healthcare Planning and Development Office under the Health Branch of the Food and Health Bureau

EC(2014-15)13 Proposed retention of two supernumerary posts of one Principal Government Engineer (D3) and one Administrative Officer Staff Grade C (D2) in the Home Affairs Bureau for four years from 1 April 2015 to continue monitoring the implementation of the West Kowloon Cultural District project

EC(2014-15)14 Proposed retention of a supernumerary post of Administrative Officer Staff Grade C (D2) in the Narcotics Division of the Security Bureau for three years up to 16 February 2018 to sustain the efforts in combating drug abuse

EC(2014-15)15 Proposed retention of two supernumerary posts of one Administrative Officer Staff Grade B (D3) and one Administrative Officer Staff Grade C (D2) in the Health Branch of the Food and Health Bureau for three years from 1 April 2015 or with immediate effect upon approval of Finance Committee, whichever the later, to provide continued steer and leadership to the Electronic Health Record Office in taking forward the Electronic Health Record Programme

EC(2014-15)16 Proposed making permanent of one post of Deputy Principal Government Counsel (DL2) in the Civil Division of the Department of Justice with effect from 1 April 2015 or with immediate effect upon approval of Finance Committee to take forward the work required in sustaining the promotion and development of the wider use of mediation as a means of dispute resolution in Hong Kong and to undertake duties relating to mediation and other forms of dispute resolution

EC(2014-15)17 Proposed retention of a supernumerary post of Administrative Officer Staff Grade C (D2) for 26 months from 1 November 2015 and a supernumerary post of Assistant Commissioner of Insurance (D2) for 11 months from 1 November 2015; and creation of a supernumerary post of Principal Executive Officer (Dl) for 18 months in 2015-16 in the Financial Services Branch of the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau to undertake the essential tasks related to the establishment of an independent Insurance Authority
