10.2 Attainment of Milestones by Domestic Pay Television Programme Service Licensee

Within the year, TVB Pay Vision achieved two milestones on premises passed by its service as set out in its domestic pay television programme service licence and performance bond. These milestones require TVB Pay Vision to roll out its service to pass no fewer than 1 600 000 and 1 800 000 premises by 23 August 2007 and 23 August 2008 respectively.
